The games, demos, artwork, logos, text and other material on this site belong to Maxzam Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Maxzam Games", "Front Page Hero", "Word Tracer", "The Citadel" and our logos are our trademarks.

You're welcome to share links to the site, stream or record our demos, and use material from ourpress page to write about our games. Otherwise, please don't copy, modify, resell or redistribute our content without written permission.

Demos

Demos are free, unfinished previews provided for personal, non-commercial play. They may contain bugs, change at any time, or be taken down. Progress in a demo may not carry over to the full game.

Please don't reverse-engineer, hack or cheat in our games in ways that harm other players or our servers, or use the site to distribute malware or anything illegal.

Buying our games

When our games are sold through stores such as Steam, your purchase, licence and any refund are governed by that store's terms.

No warranty

The site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Maxzam Games isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demos. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
